Is there anything I should know before starting this work?

It’s helpful to have a genuine interest in understanding your body and your cycle. In our 1:1 coaching, I will guide you through the four inner seasons so you can understand them more deeply.

What if I’m taking the birth control pill?

Ideally, it’s best to stop taking the birth control pill for at least two months before beginning this work. The pill suppresses many hormones and can disconnect us from our natural rhythm. My work is centered around helping you reconnect with your body and emotions, which can be more challenging while on hormonal birth control, but not impossible. Keep in mind that while taking the pill, you do not have a natural cycle, you don’t ovulate, and the bleeding is not a true menstruation.

Do you discuss natural contraception?

Yes. Part of my work is teaching you how your cycle functions and how capable your body truly is. We will cover the fertile window and how to track your cycle using three indicators. I will also guide you on how to avoid pregnancy naturally without side effects, or how to consciously conceive if that is your intention.

Can you help with PMS?

Absolutely. A core part of my work is helping women find clarity and emotional stability, especially during the week before menstruation, often the most challenging phase. I will teach you how to move through this time with understanding, balance, and compassion.

Do you offer support over several months for deeper work?

Yes. If you feel called to go deeper after our initial sessions, I offer a longer container where we explore each season of your cycle in depth. This is an expanded version of my 1:1 coaching, designed for long-term transformation.

Who is this coaching for?

Cycle awareness helps you confront emotions instead of suppressing them and teaches you that the critical or overwhelmed feelings that arise before menstruation often carry important truths.

This work brings more emotional balance, fulfillment, and inner peace. You start to understand your body’s signals, release judgment around rest and slowness, and finally step out of monthly exhaustion and into a life that feels supportive, aligned, and truly yours.
